Global credit rating agency, AM Best, will participate in the sixth Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Insurance Summit, set to occur on November 25 at the Sokha Convention Center in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The summit will focus on how insurance sectors in the region can address evolving risks and increasing expectations.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, AM Bests Singapore operations managing director and CEO, Rob Curtis, will lead a CEO panel discussion titled View from the Top: How CEOs Are Rethinking Strategy in the New Global Risk Landscape. This panel will feature prominent industry figures such as Global Asia Insurance Partnership CEO, Cheng Min Hung; Indonesia Re technical director, Delil Khairat; Malaysian Takaful Association CEO, Radzuan Mohamed; and AIA Cambodia CEO, Jane Tay.
The summit, themed Redefining Risk in ASEAN: Driving Innovation, Inclusion and Resilience in Insurance, aims to explore strategies for redefining risk in the ASEAN region. Established in 1967, ASEAN now includes 11 member states, with the ASEAN Insurance Council serving as the primary regional platform for industry professionals to share knowledge and expertise.
