The Mekong Delta province of An Giang has launched a project on developing 1 million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice linked with green growth in the Mekong Delta region by 2030. Under the project, which is planned to be implemented in 12 Mekong Delta localities, the province targets to cultivate over 44,050 hectares of high-quality and low-emission rice by 2025 and 152,198 hectares by 2030.
