PETALING JAYA: Seremban’s growth over the years has resulted in townships such as Seremban 2 emerging into the spotlight.

As the nearest capital town to Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, Seremban has been experiencing economic growth due to spillover development from overcrowded and congested Kuala Lumpur.

As part of the Malaysian Vision Valley and Greater Klang Valley, Seremban has been realising its robust growth and development potential in recent years, along with Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the KL International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang.

The proposed Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail will have a stop along Jalan Labu, which will spur the development growth of Seremban.

While Seremban may be in the limelight now, its emergence, together with surrounding townships, such as Seremban 2, began several years ago.

The development of IJM Land’s 3,800-acre freehold Seremban 2 township began in 1995, offering modern amenities while maintaining a country atmosphere.

After 21 years, it has emerged as a successful progressive development in Negri Sembilan with residential, commercial and light industrial elements, together with a range of facilities.

With over 13,000 residential and commercial units delivered, Seremban 2 is 70% completed, with over 60,000 residents.

Excellent infrastructure such as the North-South Expressway, Elite and Lekas highways provide convenient access to Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Malacca, and KLIA.

Such township developments and others will be showcased at Fair 2016 @ Sunway Pyramid from today till April 10, from 10am to 10pm.

Established developers IJM Land Bhd and Ekovest Bhd are participating as premium partners of the fair.

Other participating developers include Titijaya Land Bhd, Tropicana Corp Bhd, Sunway Property, Sime Darby Brunsfield Holding, Knusford Bhd, OIB Group, MCT Bhd and Nusmetro.

Designed to cater to prospective property owners, the event expects a better turnout of homebuyers and investors seeking a wide range of property developments within various budgets and locations.

Don’t miss the chance to find your ideal property and learn about them from the developers’ representatives. Some of the developers are offering add-on incentives and discounts for visitors at the fair.

Besides a broad range of exclusive offers, homebuyers at the event stand a chance to win shopping vouchers worth more than RM33,000.

Visitors can join in the “Happy Hour” for lucky draw, which will have three different sessions today and Sunday at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
