Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Announces Sale of Its Bio-Diesel Nano Reactor System in South America / CTi's Bio-Diesel Reactor System to Enhance Bio-Diesel Quality, Improve Operations and Lessen the Environmental Impact Associated With Its Production
LOS ANGELES, CA — (Marketwired) — 04/25/16 — Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (CTi) (OTCQB: CVAT) announced today that Desmet Ballestra Group, CTi’s strategic partner since 2010, has entered into a new sales agreement with a bio-diesel refinery in South America. This sales contract becomes fully effective after Desmet Ballestra and the refinery fulfill certain technical specifications. This particular refinery processes approximately 100MGPY of Bio-Diesel and the company anticipates system installation in the first quarter of CTi’s fiscal year 2017.

“We are very pleased to receive our first bio-diesel system order from a South American customer and we look forward to begin receiving feedback and technical data once this system goes live,” said COO/CFO N.D. Voloshin “We view this as a great opportunity to pursue commercially viable applications of our unique technology and accelerate revenue growth for our company.”
