Head of the Suez Canal Authority Vice Admiral Mohab Mamish said that October 2018 will see the completion of works upgrading  East Port Said Port in compliance with  president Abd El-Fatah El-Sisi’s directives.
” Finalizing works at  Ein-ElSokhna  and East Port Said Port will create gigantic trading hubs at the  north-south ends of the Suez Canal as long as logistic areas are finished off and the distinguished location of the Suez Canal is fully utilized,” said Mamish on the sidelines of ceremony honoring brilliant employees or their children scoring high marks in academic studies.
” SCA managed to convince  international companies to invest in East Port Said Port including PSA Singapore Terminals, CMA CGM, and Maersk,” said Mamish, noting that the participation of such international companies help improve the Suez Canal world ranking.
” My latest visits touring Asian and European countries aimed at alluring more foreign investments into the Suez Canal zone through the adoption of flexible policies as well as displaying investment opportunities and  industries available at south and north of the Suez Canal.”
