ESR-REIT‘s ManagerAwarded Best Corporate Governance Company, Singapore At Global Banking & Finance Awards 2017
Singapore, 4 January 2018 –ESR Funds Management (S) Limited (the “Manager”), the manager of ESR-REIT, has been awarded the“Best Corporate Governance Company, Singapore“at the Global Banking & Finance Awards 2017.
The Global Banking & Finance Awards is organised by the London-based banking and finance magazine Global Banking & Finance Review. Since its inception in 2011, the awards recognise companies across global financial communities that have showcased prominence, expertise and excellence. Nominees for each award are screened by a research team to ensure that they meet the specific criteria for the award in the selected category. Nominated companies are subsequently evaluated by a judging panel, before a winner is selected.

ESR-REIT has been listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited since 25 July 2006.
ESR-REIT invests in quality income-producing industrial properties and as at 30 September 2017 has a diversified portfolio of 48 properties located across Singapore, with a total gross floor area of approximately 8.2 million sq ft and a property value of S$1.33 billion.
