“Apart from being delighted by our win, we are all very pleased to welcome golfers from different clubs every year for the Europcar Open,” said Marcus Casey, Head Golf Professional, Almouj Golf. “This golfing event has become one of the most anticipated ones and we take great pride to act as partners to such premium events and promote golf as a game in the Sultanate.”

The event was partnered by Mistal Watches and powered by Mitsubishi Motors, Al Ahlia Insurance, Travelex, A&E. Major prize sponsors were Oman Air, NBO, Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, WHSmith, Mumtaz Mahal and Woodlands.

“This year it wasn’t just the overwhelming number of golfers who participated but we also saw few of the best golfers of the country play at the challenge,” said Mr. Nitin Sapre, General Manager, Europcar Oman.
