Initial investigations reveal that the accident was believed to have occurred when the bus driver failed to control the speeding bus, which rammed into the road divider, he said, when met at the Batu Gajah Hospital.
He said, 12 other passengers also sustained injuries, with two seriously injured victims sent to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh, for further treatment while the rest were taken to the Batu Gajah Hospital.
