FORMER Fiji 7s kicking coach Jeremy Manning yesterday helped the Fijian 7s kickers in a practise session in Singapore yesterday.

Manning, who played a huge role in the then Ben Ryan’s Fiji 7s campaign, had a special session for Osea Kolinisau, Amenoni Nasilasila, Lemeki Tulele and Waisea Nacuqu.

Fiji 7s head coach Gareth Baber said the players were rested yesterday while Mannings helped the kickers perfecting their skills.

He said the side was glad to have Manning who have shared his experience to the Fijian kickers.

“It’s good to have Manning helping our kickers as they played a huge part in the success of the team. The other players were rested as we prepare for another tough competition.”

Baber said his troops were looking forward to a new challenge in Singapore.

He said the team would take each game at a time with the aim to do well. Baber is also expected to name his final 12-member team during the team’s captain run this morning.
