Radisson Blu, Doha appoints new executive sous chef

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha, an iconic 583 room hotel in Qatar, has appointed Chia Jue Xian as its new executive sous chef.

A Singaporean national with international hospitality experience, Xian holds a diploma in culinary skills from Shatec – The Singapore International Hotel & Tourism College. – TradeArabia News Service
