Vientiane: Elderly care in Laos is set to receive a boost following the establishment of Vientiane Nursing Home Care Training and Consulting, a company dedicated to providing services for senior citizens and dependent individuals, as well as training programmes in elderly care.
According to Lao News Agency, the company, officially registered with the Vientiane Department of Industry and Commerce, offers short-term and vocational courses on elderly care to interested individuals and organizations, aiming to raise the standard of care in the capital city.
In line with its mission, the company recently partnered with the Business Administration Faculty of the Far Eastern University, Thailand, to organize a discussion in Vientiane. The event focused on two key themes: 'Caring for the Elderly with Special Needs' and 'Sparking the Future of Marketing with Ai-Ai Sparks for the Next Marketing.'
The discussion brought together stakeholders from the health, care, and business sectors to explore innovative approaches to elderly care and the role of emerging technologies in marketing such services.
