The prominent Cambodian statement, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, has spoken highly of the quality of prosthetic eyes made in Japan. 'I have used the Japanese prosthetic eyes for 34 years ago (1990-2024). During the 34 years, I've never got neither headache nor eye pain, which is different from my previous prosthetic eyes used from 1975-1990,' he wrote on his social media networks. This morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen and some of his family members departed here for Japan for new prosthetic eyes. He shared that in 2017, the Government of Japan provided him with five prosthetic eyes, and this time, 5 more will be produced so that he can use for 10 more years. At the same time, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed thanks to the Japanese government and doctors for the artificial vision.
