A festival for children from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia began on August 13 in Ho Chi Minh City, hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Chapter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The three-day event is an activity to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Laos and the 57th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Cambodia diplomatic relations.
