If you are in college, Apple Music is just Rs 60 a month
Apple has expanded its University Student membership plan for Apple Music to 25 more countries across the world from its initial seven, including India. And if you are a university student, you can now get access to the entire catalogue of Apple Music for as low as Rs 60 per month.
But you better be a college student because Apple uses UNiDAYS validation service which will make regular checks on you to ensure that.
The Individual plan generally costs Rs 120 per month and you can have it for Rs 60 if you are still in college.
There’s also the Family Plan which allows up to six people to share an account, for Rs 190. But there’s no discount on that.
You will see the option to avail the University discount alongside the Family and Individual plans.
But it’s a short-lived pleasure. UNiDays will put an end to your discounted subscription if a user is on the plan longer than 48 months. So there’s a 2-year cap on the offer, after which you go back to the original pricing.
The Student Membership discount for Apple Music was introduced in 24 other countries like Canada, China, Colombia, Finland, Belgium, Austria, Singapore, Thailand and more.
Apple Music is the probably the only best option for users who crave for all kinds of music. The entire catalog of iTunes is thrown open for your pillaging. Imagine all that for a price of a vodka shot in that shady bar you end up going to.
