Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and head of its Commission for External Relations Le Hoai Trung chaired talks with a delegation from the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP) led by General Secretary Paulo Raimundo in Hanoi on August 14. Prior to the talks, the Portuguese delegation paid their respects to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum. They will continue their working agenda in Vietnam until August 17.
