President To Lam received in Hanoi on July 16 a number of Ambassadors from the countries being members of the Organization of Turkic States, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Trkiye, led by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Vietnam Shovgi Kamal Oglu Mehdizade.
