President To Lam receives outgoing ambassador of Panama

President To Lam hosted a reception at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi on June 28 for outgoing Panamanian ambassador to Vietnam Eligio Salas III, who came to bid farewell to the host leader before ending his tenure.
