Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, received here this morning visiting H.E. Dr. Charles S. Yang, Chairman of the Universal Peace Federation (UPF). In the meeting, H.E. Dr. Charles S. Yang highly evaluated Samdech Techo Hun Sen's heroism and expressed his conviction that the latter's Win-Win strategy will contribute to peace and unity in the region and the world. The visiting UPF chairman added that this strategy provides an important input for the peace-seeking and unification process of the Korean peninsula. For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his thanks to UPF for its support and its contribution to Cambodian human resource development through scholarship and training programmes. The former Cambodian Prime Minister asked Lotte Corporation, the fifth largest conglomerate in the Republic of Korea, to increase its investment in Cambodia and to assist Cambodia's vocational training programme for 1.5 million youths from poor and vulnerable families.
