Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called for the completion of the 500kV Circuit-3 transmission line by the 79th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day (September 2), while chairing a meeting with ministries, agencies and localities on July 22, the fourth of its kind in the past sixth months. The 519km transmission line, stretching from Pho Noi in the northern province of Hung Yen to Quang Trach in the central province of Quang Binh, traverses nine provinces and has a cost of around 22 trillion VND (916 million USD).
